Real-time tracking on your wrist. Deep analytics on your phone. A workout app for Apple Watch, built for runners, cyclists, and hikers.
On your wrist
24 data fields across five grid layouts — pick a dense 4×2 for racing or a big 2×2 for an easy long run. Focus pages give heart rate, pace, power, and cadence their own full screen when you need to lock in, and each sport gets its own page stack so a swim doesn't show you cadence and a ride doesn't show you strokes.
On your phone
Scrub the map and every chart in sync — tap a spike in your heart-rate line and watch the map jump to that exact point on the route. Splits, HR-zone distribution, and post-run insights turn raw data into something you'd actually read.
Train with intent
Training load (CTL/ATL/TSB), VO2max trends, a race-time predictor, and a daily readiness score pull together into one picture — so "should I go hard today" has an actual answer behind it, not just a feeling.
Go anywhere
Import a GPX file and get turn-by-turn navigation with off-route warnings on your wrist. Download map regions for offline use before you lose signal. Or generate a loop from your current location — route generation is region-limited to Oregon and Washington for now.
Share your run
Live location sharing is opt-in and off by default. Set privacy zones around home or work and fixes inside them are dropped before they ever leave your watch. Every share link expires automatically, no matter what.
